Russian Crash Course offers beginner, intermediate, and advance programs. .

Each course takes about two months to complete. Each group meets once a week. One class is 90 minutes. You start at RUS 100 and progress to a new level every 8 weeks. In the end of each session we host a game night with Russian speakers to apply your knowledge. 

For the winter 2025 session, we have 3 beginner courses. AKA RUS 100 Conversational Course. This course would be perfect for:

1) Someone who has no prior experience in Russian, but planning to visit Russian-speaking country soon. 

2) Someone who studies Russian with Duolingo but wants to learn grammatical structures. 

3) Someone who interacts with Russian speakers daily and wants to communicate better.

4) Someone who studied Russian a long time ago and wants to resters their memories. 

Beginner Course

RUS 100 Conversational Course is designed to make you speak basic Russian and understand simple questions. This section covers most popular nouns and verbs. Click on any class link to read more. This spring we offer several start dates. Choose the day which works best for you.

Upper Beginner Course

You also can join our Beginner 101 - Beginner 105 any time you like. These upper beginner levels go over Russian cases, most popular constructions and mast know vocabulary. RUS 101 covers reading and writing. In RUS 102 course you will learn adjectives. Beginner 103 covers Accusative and Genitive case.  

WINTER 2025 - UPPER BEGINNER

Upper beginner group is on Thursdays at 7:45 in Denver location and on Tuesdays at 6pm in Broomfield location. 

At the end of each course, we have a Game Night where students have a chance to practice their skills.

Where did the Russian Language come from?

What does Russian Crash Course in Denver include? 

RUS 100 is solely focused on the conversational Russian. These 7 weeks will give you the ability to put your 2 cents in any Russian conversation. It covers questions, numbers, food, and professions. We will learn how to say where you from & where do you live. You will talk about your loved ones, your pets, and your hobbies. 

RUS 101  covers the Cyrillic alphabet, Russian pronunciation, and Russian cursive. This alphabet differs from English, as it has 33 letters. We share only five letters that look and sound the same (A, O, K, T, M). After completing 7 weeks of RUS 101, you will be able to read and write in Russian. There are three Russian newspapers and several Russian magazines in Denver. You can read Russian ads and enrich your vocabulary in your free time. There are parts 102, 103, 104 and 105 where you will learn more about cases, verbs, and adjectives.
